How do make icons and put it on scratch
I really,really,REALLY need your help,i just registered 2 mounths ago and i want an icon,can you tell me how,but anything besides doing GIMP

Ok... Besides GIMP?
Go to Paint (Probably already installed on your computer), or download a painting software on the internet (Such as Paint.net). Draw your icon. Export it as a JPEG. Go to Your Stuff, and change your icon, selecting the JPEG you exported.
With a straight flush.

I was told PNG looks better if it's able to upload

For future reference, you could just get it off google, or at least that is one way. However, I do think it is better to make it personally too.

I tried to upload a picture of mine, but it said it was too big to upload. If it's all right, could you tell me what is the icon's size limit?
