I eat pretzel dogs with spicy brown mustard and salt. Try it, it's good.

Just a hot dog is fine. Smear ketchup on the BUN, not the dog, and it's better
I hate spicy mustard

UHHH!!! The health issues!!! It makes me sick just thinking about it!!! (prepare for rant, because here it CCCOMMMMMMMMESSS)
Listen pal, do you know what happens to all the mean in a factory that falls on the floor? Or the low quality mean behind the eyeballs? That's right, into the hot dog it goes. Also, processed meats have TONS of salt in them. Don't know how bad salt is? Well, let's put it this way. It is supposed to preserve meant, but it will preserve your arteries if you eat it. Hot dog skins are made out of this stuff that is just gross, some things in processed meats e.g. hotdogs, are so toxic, if you ate any undiluted, you would end up in the emergency room.
Ever heard of Chicken McNuggets? You don't wanna know what goes in there. Meat behind the eyes of the chicken, all sorts of not-food-quality meat. They are basically all the worst parts of the chicken, ground, and put in a trans-fat holding device called the crust.
Betcha never heard of trans-fat. Well get the word, it's hydrogenated oil but worse. Never heard of hydrogenated oil? It's in your peanut butter (most likely) and is really really bad for you. It is vegetable oil, put through chemical processes to get into a jelly like form. This stuff is bad. It's also like poison. If it weren't diluted, you would be in big trouble. But trans-fat is worse. It is a solid at room temperature, and cheap. So in the stuff it goes. All those scrumptious sweets most likely have trans fat. This includes most chips. Now, on to the ketchup.
Ketchup does not include very much tomato. It is mostly high fructose corn syrup, which is mostly corn. It also has red #40. That is a coloring, poison. I don't know what it's made of. It's some kind of paint. They don't even put in enough tomato to color the thing red.
The bun is also REALLY bad. It contains yeast, which sits and rots in your colon. Trust me, you don't want that. It will also contain enriched white flour. The white is a bleach, and because it is "enriched" it just has more junk in it. I tell you people, this health rant is done. But gimmie another food, I'll continue it.
