What types of Scratch projects can you think of?

We all know Scratch comes with different categories for projects such as animations and  games, but what specific sub-categories can you think of that represent things that you've seen often on Scratch? I am looking for examples of sub-categories that are popular yet very specific. For example:

* Virtual cake makers
* Drawing tutorials
* Operating systems

Dress-up games are a good example. Thanks. The 3D category seems a bit too broad though. Any particular type of 3D projects?

MIDI projects! ^-^ Although, I guess that's not very popular... I've only seen a few people make them.
