^^Wasn't it obvious enough? 
Whoever rates these things isn't very consistent. "Civilization IV" is rated the same as that, and it's only got the violence bit. Not a single swear (how did they manage!?)

I got it and ended up removing music altogether 
And the only console they disabled custom soundtrack is PC. 
I might download the Most Wanted songs, put them into an itunes playlist, and play that, but that's not as good...
