That's seriously just evil... Planes crashing into towers killing hundreds of people, then jumping to their death or dying of the explosion/burning is epic?
And a MUSICAL ABOUT 9/11? A MUSICAL? Musicals are made to be people happy, singing... What, people would be singing "We're all going to die" gleefully while evacuating a building?
What's wrong with the world today...

My mum was in hospital at the time, getting a scan 'cause she was pregnant with my sister. My dad was supposed to be there with her, but because he is a journalist, pretty much the moment it happened, his phone started going crazy, and we didn't see him for days because of all the political repercussions that he had to talk about on the news.

My mum didn't want me to see, so I wasn't allowed to watch TV. But since then I've watched the footage many times, and I know everything that happened.

And for those naive people who believe in the conspiracy rubbish, please don't disrespect the people who died, and take your views to shady internet forums where the rest of you live.

Sometimes it's a good thing to discuss feelings triggered by the event and the events themselves, but be aware that some people are more sensitive to 9/11 others. I'd imagine it is harder for my friends and classmates who lost family members on that day. So for those who have not been majorly affected by 9/11 - I'd like for you to think before you post. Also, please do not forget that this isn't the best place to stir up political debate (so stuff like blaming the president or post 9/11 government decision, etc. is better left for the handful of offsite debate forums floating around on the World Wide Web).

I was in the second grade when it happened. I was getting ready for school when I saw the towers fall on the news. I was little, so I didn't really understand it, but I knew it was bad. Honestly, I still don't understand it entirely, but who does? Regardless, I will never forget that day.

Two friends of my family were crushed when the South Tower collapsed. I don't find it very epic.

Somehow I remember seeing it on TV. I was 4, and we were on vacation in Kentucky at an uncles house. On the way home (we lived in Connecticut), we could still see smoke floating over the Hudson from the George Washington bridge. Of course I didn't understand it at the time...
