Ok, so here is the message I sent to scratch which i can't check now on gmail since my internet can't connect to servers or some atleast.

Dear Scratch,
Well, hey there scratch!
I started the SN Forums a few weeks ago, and business is just fine! It's becoming a little dead so I am closing down the forums for a day or less to fix it up!
I'm changing the forum rules to become more strict and opening a new category which allows users to sign up for a special rank!
What You Can Do On The SN Forums:
-Trade,Buy,And sell with our money plugin in the Economy forum.(This teaches kids how to use money in real life.)
-Talk about random things in our Random topic!
-Chat on a (moderated) xat chat!

What we plan to do in the version of the forums:
-Put up an applications forum
-Make the rules more strict
-Clear the forums and start again.
----
You also have to be 13+ on the forums to become moderator.
We have friendly staff(such as me )
And we hope you can support us. We wish for you to approve our forums and take us to a new step. We also will make a new Scratch category and if any scratch team members or moderators join we will instantly make them moderator of that category.
We also will make a new page where we will have a SECOND curator to pick projects. Thanks for reading my message, I hope you agree with us.
