I don't believe this belongs in Requests, but to link go up to the search bar, highlight the website, right click your mouse, "Copy" it, then paste it where you want it.

Oh, you're talking about the main site?
You just copy the URL of a project and paste it in your comment. Other types of links not to Scratch will not be converted to blue links.
