<pivot around ()> blocks

This would allow scratchers to use the centre-points of sprites OR fixed xy positions on the screen as pivots, allowing new ways of moving things around.
Obviously, there would be two dfferent blocks; one for the entering of x and y's values and the other for the drop-down box of sprites/mouse pointer.
With this, we'd be able to create new forms of art and drawing as well as gaming with functions such as grappling or spinning around objects and much more!

Re: <pivot around ()> blocks

If the pivot point is part of your sprite, go to the costume paint editor and use "set rotation center" to where you want it to pivot around.  The use the rotate () degrees blocks.

Re: <pivot around ()> blocks

It sounds like a good idea. I can think of some uses for the block right away, like steering!  big_smile
