As long as you provide the wolf! I doubt LockedOn can draw his own wolves. All you'll need to do is link the pictures you'll need animating.

I can't do anything about the image quality, because gifs are just plain bad at good quality compression. 

I can custom make the logo for you, but the quality may still be bad.
