Can someone give me the Scratch image file beacuse I messed up my own? (DO NOT ASK ME TO REINSTALL IT, BEACUSE THAT DOESN'T WORK)

This looks like a duplicate topic of this.
It also looks like ZeroLuck gave the answer already. You just download the files-only version of Scratch 1.4 from here and replace your old image files with the one in the zip package. 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
