What is the oldest living thing you've heard of

Mine would be this

Siberian Actinobacteria, which is between 400,000 and 600,000 years old.

Re: What is the oldest living thing you've heard of

There was this fire I saw in the Guiness Book of World Records 2011. Apparently, a lightning struck some cave in ____ B.C, and it's been burning away at the cave ever since. Or... something.

EDIT:Oh, wait. Living thing. That would be... my great grandmother. She died a few months ago, at age 80+.

The universe.

If you want to keep the internet, vote no for SOPA and PIP. If you can't, tell your parents, your friends' parents! Sign petitions, do whatever you can! Say NOPA to SOPA!

Re: What is the oldest living thing you've heard of

@Swell-If you'd read the Bible closely, you would find heaps of evidence that either shows or implies that God is a spirit, and thus not living. Good choice, though.
