It's actually the new generation to making scratch animations.
Making A Scratch Cartoon Show Process:(A.K.A How it works)
First we plan the cartoon. Then we need someone with a scanner, and they make a story board.
What's a story board?

The image above is the fairly odd parents show being presented.
After me and the editors check the storyboard, we move on to the voices.
After the voices, we move on to the animation.(Which is made by me)
After that, we publish it.
Pretty Advanced, Eh?
