Not without multiple accounts, but you could advertise them, perhaps with a Show and Tell topic or your signature.

You can only love-it a project once on your account, no matter what computer you are on (as stated above ).The Show and Tell topic is wicked handy for getting a bunch of views on a project. However, I recommend NOT advertising on other projects, as this is often considered spam, and off-topic.
