Stupid spammers, making thing bad for the rest of us
what do you mean spam
081080117 means that one day a big wave of spammers posted spam, and a big wave of trolls posted inappropriate stuff, so they are the reason we have the New Scratcher status, therefore ruining everything.

Did you read the main post? The second section explains how in vivid detail.ShotgunSam wrote:
i've been active for like 4 months in the forms and projects and stuff
You have twenty-five posts. If you’ve been on for four months, that means you’ve been making about six or seven posts a month. Again, this is explained in the first post on the topic.
I make 400 posts per month
I'm on at night, under the covers... Don't tell my parents.

I got promoted in exacty 1 month.

My English is bad and I think many not-english users have this problem. It's because of this that I doesn't post so much...

I haven't read through the entire thread so I don't know if it's been corrected yet, but I'm pretty sure luck isn't involved whatsoever in becoming a Scratcher. There are hard numbers behind it all, I'm assuming after seeing several cases, but they just haven't been figured out by the general public yet
The "I became a Scratcher in two days!" thing I'm sort of not buying, because I've seen people with hundreds of posts, several projects, and comments too but they still had to wait a month

How do you do, expensive users! Here I login not so long ago, the whole only last week, but already add on site 3 projects. Looked your program - very professional functioning! Regrettably, I russian, and so write through translator. But, I so think, you cost to take a look and on my projects.

I am a "new scratcher" as you guys call it and find that this is funny AND useful. You are truly worthy of liking bagels, if you want to! :p

Wit-using doesn't really work as exercise

Sigh. I'm STILL a new scratcher.
Don't feel bad. I'm a New Scratcher too! But eventually, if you are very active, you will be a Scratcher. It takes a while, but its worth it in the end!
Examples of being active are:
> Posting a project a day
Yes. Really! Posting at lest 1 project everyday can give you a little boost to earning Scratcher. Just as long as you don't post random ones, lol.
> Helping other new users
A good way to earning Scratcher is going into the All About Scratch forum and answering as much posts as you can! In my opinion, that forum is my favorite. I love being helpful.
> Constructive and helpful comments
As Death_Wish said in his post, comments like "This sucks." is
1 - Is very mean
2- not helpful
A GOOD comment would be "Nice project! But maybe you should consider adding __Insert your suggestion here___ and fixing the ___Insert what glitch you want him to fix here_____ glitch.
Hope this helped.

Well, you haven't been registered for a very long time. I've been registered for 2 months and I'm still not a Scratcher.
Maybe post more projects?
