The only thing worse than watching jaws on the way to the beach is watching chuck norris on your way to texas

If you want to upload a picture off the internet, save the picture somewhere on your computer. Click "Change Picture" under your name, find the file, and select it, then click update.
If you mean how to draw your own icon, you can do it in a program like GIMP or Paint.net.
