Tired Of Waiting For Scratch 2.0
I Am Tired Of Waiting If I Dont Get A Beta In Atleast A Month Ill Be Furious > 
Ive Been Hearing Oh Ya Its Coming In Mid 2011 Well Guess What Its Almost 2012 Now Yet Still We Dont Even Have A Beta Wouldnt It Be Better If Us Scratchers Got To Test It And Tell The Creators The Bugs? Anyone Agree?????

We are testing it. The Flash Player and Experimental Viewer are really very early versions of Scratch 2.0.

No, it's coming in mid-2012... Thats what a scratch team member said.
Why don't you just wait? Being furious will not make 2.0 come out fast.

Yep, around 2012 (if there are no more bumps along the way!).
@elimantor: The experimental viewer is pretty much like a beta version of Scratch 2.0, it's usually updated frequently (you may not see the updates physically, but they're there). Why not continually test it out and report bugs if you see any?

I agree. Actually, I'm surprised they're already working on a Scratch 2.0. I thought they would develop a Scratch 1.4.1 or maybe a 1.5 first. It's been awhile since Scratch 1.4 came out, so there must be some major updates coming (or something major, anyway).

But other than that, don't make a fuss. Scratch 1.4 is a great program. And I'm sure a clone block isn't easy to make, and anyways, it's not like they're going to put a version up, like 1.4.1 or something just adding a clone block. I doubt they've even started working on blocks, anyways.
But if you want to use a clone block, why not download a mod of Scratch that includes it? You wouldn't be able to upload it to Scratch, but you would be able to upload it to ModShare.

Scratch 2.0 is still not nearly done yet. Also, 2.0 will have no new blocks (except for maybe a few, but not a lot). The scratch team is probaly not realeasing it till mid-late 2012 AT EARLIEST.
