To new Scratchers, beginners, and excellent Scratchers who want to provide their Scratch skills,

New Scratchers Inc. is a new collab exclusively for new Scratchers and beginners. You will have a challenge to face (Like building a racing game), and submit it by the end of every month. If you need help, we will have helpers to guide you along. The purpose of New Scratchers Inc. is to help you advance in Scratch with the help of advanced users.

Good idea! I'll help out some New Scratchers. I don't have many games, but I like to occasionally mess with math, pretty good with Mesh, and am working on a big game I can get tips from.

me member? or helper? I can't decide. What level is the new scratchers supposed to be? what should they not know? drawing skills? Programming games? yvel? scrollx? art patterns? I have no idea...

Basically they either don't know Scratch or are beginners at it. If you are very good in Scratch, then you are a helper. Otherwise, you can consider being a member.

What a neat idea for a collab! I like how you're supporting new Scratchers and creating a network of helpers to mentor them. What inspired this idea? I look forward to seeing how this collaboration progresses.

I was just sitting by the computer when the idea popped into my head. I decided to go forward with the idea, after all, because I previously taught a class on Scratch programming at my library. Hopefully this is just as successful!
