It is a BAD IDEA to to download and run .exe files from people you do not know.
This may be safe, or have a virus.

So I didn't look, but I can tell it uses my instructions and projects I made 3 years ago.

Did you make it or did you copy paddle2see's python?

I would make it as a webpage written in PHP or javascript, or some other way so people don't have to run binaries.  If you just distributed the python file that would be better.
