personal front page
it would be useful if when logged in you can edit the front page doesn't have for instance newest projects but only for you, the reason for this is because recently I was watching my brother and when he logged in there was a frightening (and inappropriate) image and I would like not to have to look at that kind of image when I log in and I believe that it would be cruel to allow very young scratchers to see frightening and inappropriate images such as this.

If you see a project with a frightening/inappropriate image, flag it.
Sometimes a personal homepage would be nice; hey maybe they would allow you to put your own top downloaded or surprise projects in!

Absolutely. If you feel there's a project anywhere that may not be for everyone, by all means, flag it and the Scratch Team will take a look at it.
