There should be a way to track who views your project. I sometimes view my project while logged out by mistake, and it gives it another view. Because I don't get that many views, I like to know how many "real" views I'm getting, which I can't do unless they love-it, favorite it, leave a comment, tag it, download it, or put it in a gallery. (I could keep track of how many times I viewed it, but that would be hard to do. Also, then other people could have viewed it multiple times, and I wouldn't be able to tell.) This would have a list of users who viewed the project. That way the user would be able to tell which views were them, and how many people actually viewed it. In that way, it would be like the favorites, love-it's or taggers trackers with only a few differences.
First, users who didn't have accounts would still be listed just with the name "not signed in", or something like that.
Second, a user could choose to go "off the record" (credit to gmail). In other words, they would be listed, but with a name like "anonymous".
Third, the user would decide which parts of the view tracker would be open to the public.
Finally, it would also stamp each view with a time and date.
