How do I...

...convert a file to M4A? I wanted to use it on my DSi, so I tried using Audacity (yes, with the FFmpeg download) and it didn't work.

If anyone can tell me how to convert it to M4A or fix my FFmpeg/Audacity problem that would be great  smile
