Why is everybody doing this?

Is it just me, or is like EVERYBODY adding me to their friend list? Around 45% of my messages are friend list notifications. Does the same go for you, or do people not consider you 'friendable?'

Meh, I sometimes recieve friend request. Most of the people on me list just friended me, so I friended em back.

I occasionally get friend requests from random people  tongue , but I stopped friending people back a long time ago.

Friending is just a way to gt to other people's pages quickly, but you can just search their names, so I find friending pointless  hmm

I usually get friended maybe once a week, then I get a huge spike that lasts for months after posting a project.

I get friend requests randomly; about twice a week from totally unnoticed Scratchers.
