How come at the top of all scratch games it says 25-MAR-07, no matter what the date is?

That's the date in which the Scratch applet was created, not the project. It is for internal debugging purposes only. It will be gone after the site is publicized.

More than one year ago. It was around the end of March in 2007. This is nothing to worry about now as it happened a while ago.
