Scratch Viewer
Maybe, if Scratch 2.0 didn't have a export as .swf file function/feature, then it could have a separate program bundled with Scratch 2.0 called Scratch Viewer or similar.
We would then be able to say something like, "Install this program called Scratch Viewer to play this game!"
Something like Flash Player is like to .swf files...
What do you think?

Yeah, it would... But, I mean, everyone has Flash Player, so downloading an extra player would be kind of useless... xD
