Better scrolling for scripts, sounds, and costumes.

I use a laptop for all of my scratch-work, and it kinda' bugs me to have to use the scroll bars to scroll when I could be using the trackpad or scroll wheel. It would be real nice if they could make use of those two pieces of hardware in the 2.0 version.

Same. Even 3 Button Mouse Mode Does Not Allow Us To Use The Scroll Bar.
