Another Inconsistency Between Online and Offline

As I was testing one of my projects, I noticed this inconsistency between online (both flash and java) and offline performance:

Online, fractional repeat loops are rounded up, and offline, they are rounded down.

Indeed, my mistake. Online they are rounded down, and offline they are rounded up.
