Re: Firedust Beta Testing - Results!

Sorry, LS97, but I just remembered I have beta tested before. I've beta tested Tronji.

I'll keep that in mind if I have to choose another tester, but I'm good for now. I can't exactly de-grade a tester because you changed your application form..  hmm

Re: Firedust Beta Testing - Results!

Why didn't you just do a Public Beta?

Not like your code can be stolen if it's compiled...

Considerring when I get my copy, I'm going to try and access the code, as a test...

(BTW, I am not going to share it...  Otherwise i would be breaking law.  By trying to, I simply break the EULA)

Nah, I talked with him about it  smile
I'm testing his security.  And it's impossible for him to trace it  smile  or revoke it.  That would require access to my pc  smile   which would then leave him liable for a $50,000 fine  smile

Well.... can I test it... since no one else has and it seems to be dying at the moment?

EDIT: Can I also get SilviNet? I really need a not-so-RAMintensive browser  tongue

smile  Actually believe it or not people are testing it. Email me anyway and I might find the time to get it to you. Use the mod share contact us for the moment  tongue

As for SilviNet, I'm actually developing a new version which uses webkit (awesomeness) to display pages. It's nice and low-memory and it's gonna have garbage collection once I actually start developing. School's a nasty time-taker isn't it...

Firedust Beta Tester Application

Maxskwalker

None.  I can say, 'Yo no habla Espanol'.  Sort of.

Python, 3 years, deep understanding.  C++, a month or two, decent understanding of std namespace

None.

I don't actually know what this means.  I'm guessing none.

Windows Vista.

The beta testing form has been closed for more than a month now. I'm actually about to release Firedust.
