Allowing forum topic title change
Allowing people to change forum topic titles would be good... it's already allowed in the TBG forums and I don't see any trouble there so why not allow it in the main forums?

If we had forum title change it would be difficult to tell what topic is which
Example: "Minecraft Official Topic" becomes "Post Here If You're A Stupid Loser"
Let's keep it the same thankyouverymuch

I'm on antiSeptic and technoguyx's side with this - it looks like it could be pretty easily abused... Besides, it's a lot of work to change the way these things work, with little payoff. We moderators really don't mind changing your topic titles.
