Hmmm...
When someone posts comments like "OMG dat iz sooo kool!" on a few of your projects and then friends you. You see who just added you, and the only thing on their user page is favorites and friends. Happened to me today.

I might make a top 5 annoying things on scratch project...
My list:
5. Duplicate topics.
4. People who spam WAY too much.
3. When people swear like this, "g****", or swear with all of the letters and no asterisks.
2. Flame wars.
1. Very bad and a-lot-of-flame-starting trolls. D:

When someone spams on an unrelated project, "look at my project awesomeproject and love it". So annoying!
That's even worse when someone says "Hey, don't spam! It's mean" and then person that was spamming says "Oh, how was I spamming?" or "I wasn't spamming." It's incredibly annoying.

All of the add yourself/Scratch memes/coloring contests/etc.. I think they should get rid of the top remixed row, or at least do something (?) to fix the system. It doesn't actually give incentives for useful remixing, just incentives to create a lot of semi-low-quality projects which very often end up on the front page.

when people post comments like, "No offence put this project is so extremely stupid. It has no point and the art sucks." Just because they say no offence doesnt make everything they say alright to say. Offence is still taken!
