You should ask if somebody wants to make a collab in the forum of Collaborations. I would, but I'm already working on 3 big projects

If you want to learn Scratch, you could just experiment or you could watch tutorials.
If you have questions about programming, I'm willing to help as best as I can.

Asking for general help with programming is pretty vague. If you want to work with someone on a project, you should go ask in the collaboration forum - I'm sure there are plenty of people there willing to work together on a project. Or, if you ever need help with figuring out how to do something specific or troubleshooting a problem, feel free to ask here in All About Scratch.
