Hmm... you're going to need to find a proxy site. Google a way to get past K9, it might help.
If you're using windows: try this:
Open Window Task Manager
Right click on k9filter.exe
Click on end process.

Guys, I am making two folders in the parts of project folder. They will be called Updated projects, and original projects. Updated projects will consist of most up-to-date project ready to be merged. Original projects will consist of the original project, or what was of the project before it was updated. I hope you guys Like it!

, no, K9 is a Web Protection service. You see, someone formed a chat, but some people couldn't get to it. Then, someone asked the people who couldn't get to the chat website if they had K9.
