If they have a Pay-Pal just pay them in physical money to buy the game.
And if you have no means of income seeing as you want to pirate and get everything for free, I don't think asking for (a small) allowance would be unreasonable. 
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos
