Yes, I know SpriteMaster.
And many projects have songs in them, just download the project and export the sound.

Hey Josh! Welcome to the Scratch Forums!

Yep, we know your brother SpriteMaster.   

If you want to add music for your projects, hit the Sounds tab and click on import; and then search for the song you want to import into Scratch. This project goes through importing step-by-step. You can also ask your brother for some more help since he's familiar with Scratch already. 

If you ever need a place to search for materials you can use for your projects, you can check out this forum topic, or check out Scratch Resoureces for more stuff.

Thanks! But my brother keeps saying that it's illegal to get some music from websites that have music Iike on it. Is that true?

It depends on the music site and the license/terms it uses. On some sites, it illegal, but there are other sites where it's legal. The link to the forum topic I gave above contains a list of websites where you can download music legally.
