I need help!
So I JUST got Portal- The First Slice, and I was excited to play it, and then all that happens when it started is that the character wakes up, then the audio, but there's no picture. It's just a black screen. What's wrong?
I'm using Steam, and a Macintosh, and it's the free trial. What's wrong with it?
Oh, the glory of it all - adorable cat people dressed as video game characters!

Restart your computer. That fixes everything. 
But I assume you already did that.
Try the game's FAQ's.
