Once I get Scratcher, (which I probably won`t for a while xD) I`ll do my best not to go insane from being in Misc. 

Don't even get on Misc dude, it's bad for you    It's just a way to get posts and to get banned xD
But we're getting off topic. Well, even though I don't really know why this topic is here, didn't the Scratch team say somewhere that they weren't going to lower it from 60?

What I think they should do is make it so that trusted users can get a lower second threshold, like 30. Not anyone in Misc though, they seem all crazy and they can`t be trusted, right?

Some Miscers can be trusted. But because some of them can't, there's a new mod. 
I already suggested Trusted Scratcher.

Saying ALL Miscellaneous regulars are 'crazy and cannot be trusted' is a bit harsh and you're stereotyping us a little there. Okay, it's easier to get pulled into discussions in Misc. (and derail the topic) but not all Misc. regulars do this. I mean, look at people like gettysburg11 and scimonster. They are both regular posters in Misc., but neither of them are 'crazy' and they can be trusted.
I'm sorry, but just because there are a few spammers in Misc. doesn't mean we are all the same.

I don't like the 60sr either, but you need to think about what you've done to people- whether if you were in a bad mood, etc. Also, here's a solution for the 60sr that fanofcena developed (that has nothing to do with waiting or taking breaks).

That actually looks like a good solution, but if they are not gonna get rid of the 60 second rule, they should at least put a "___ seconds remaining" timer.

I think we all need to ask ourselves a question.  Who do we think we are?  We can't change things.  The Scratch Team is completely in control of this (and everything else on Scratch, for that matter).  If it was really a problem, don't you think they would've changed it already?

Everybody makes mistakes.  We all have to be wrong sometimes.  If I found myself in your shoes, I would drop this discussion.  I'm not saying you have to, but I know I would.  I think you may want to start really thinking about what you say before you say it.  I admit that I myself have said things I regretted saying.  Do you regret anything you have said in this discussion?  If you do, don't keep fighting for it.  If you truly feel bad about it, just admit you were wrong.

To anybody who thinks they can change the rule:
I don't mean to be rude, but, quite frankly, you are nothing.  I don't mean that you will amount to nothing in life; I imagine that many of you will indeed be very successful.  In this case, however, you have no power.  I am not bothered by the rule, but even if I was, I wouldn't waste my time complaining about it.

Well, of course that is one way, but I'm sure there are others. I see that you know the 60sr was created to stop spam, but you also say that it interferes with your forum posting. This may be harsh, and I apologize in advance, but if your post actually was valid enough to make a point, shouldn't it take more than 60 seconds to write?

This. And, well, even the people supporting you have decided you have been being offensive to people with only opinions, Sparx. And calling yourself famous but secret, dude, is...
1.) You call yourself famous, while barely any of us knew who you were before you started claiming you were famous. And please, don't blame it on the front-pagers, even if it's clogged with projects that aren't that good, if it only had good projects it would be filled by people like archmage. And if it only had good projects it wouldn't give new scratchers a chance    And it's been clogged with art projects since '08 or '09, it's just worse now than before. But that's also because many good famous scratchers like TheExplodingCheez and Archmage stopped making projects.
2.) You call someone a troll, and end the sentence with TROLOLOLOLOL, the line of a troll. 

And mulus is correct. But Sparx doesn't think it's a mistake of his, he still wants the 60 second rule out.
But, some things that will make this rule stay:
1.) Posts that are made in less than 60 seconds usually are spam, even if it's not intended to. Maybe a short post, like "Lol!", but it's still spam. Good posts take more than 40 seconds, and you should spend around 20 seconds to find a post that interests you. And if it's to prevent spam, then, well, it's working. If they lowered it to 30 seconds to fit only your needs and some other people, and the forums get filled with trolls, it'll suck.
And also I'm pretty sure that the SE said somewhere they wouldn't lower it.
But I'm not posting here anymore. This depresses me.
