I wouldn't mind it if it was a 30 second rule.

What I mean is, the rule used to be 600 seconds then after that they made it 360 seconds then they made it:

360 seconds for new scratchers
60 seconds for scratchers.

Besides, its not that long.

I don't think that will happen any time soon, the mods (not that its bad!) are very protective of new scratcher spammers these days.

That wouldn't deter New Scratcher Spammers. New Scratchers need to keep what they have now.
