link pdf file to scratch

hi, is it possible to link a pdf file to scratch, for help instructions/game guidance.

Are you referring to providing a link to a Scratch project in a PDF, or providing a link to a PDF from within a Scratch project? There is currently no way to open files such as PDF's with a Scratch project, if that was your question.
