When I take sprites from the Pokemon Elite 2000 website - I'm too lazy to erase the unnecessary pokemon from a Spriter's Resource rip every time - the sprite has a black background around it. When I fill it with white, the black parts of the sprite disappear. Is there any way to fix this while still working in Paint and not erasing the unnecessary Pokemon every time?

Has the most high-quality sprites. Animated too!
But the "unnecessary" pokemon are the animation. Use snipping tool to capture a specific frame of animation.

Last 3 posts are PC noobs. I don't know if you have a mac or pc but if you have a pc prees printscreen and paste into paint then crop the sprite. Printscreen is close to f12 on most keyboards.
