After you enable Mesh, click on "Host Mesh". It'll then tell you your Mesh IP address.

Yep, gettysburg is right. Just remember that if you have a dynamic IP, (chances are you do) you'll need to either set up port forwarding or use a tunneling client like Hamachi to connect with someone not connected to your local network.
