Scratch

The file needs to be in the right format. Png, Jpeg and Gif should work. Your image may also be too large. What are it's diemensions?

You can't use Scratch files as an image. You have to export it as an image by right-clicking the costume in the costumes pane and selecting "export this costume."

I think he is talking about the Scratch site account icon.

You mean his profile image? That was what I understood. I think he was saying he was trying to use a Scratch .sb file. You have to use image files for profile pictures.

I did export my costume. It won't let that comtume go through tho...

Try getting a picture of the costume with Control+PrintScreen (if you use Windows, dunno about other systems  ), import it into Paint and using that :S Save it as a .PNG btw.
