Well of course there are tutorials for using and making proxies 
proxies are third party services which mask your Ip... This then makes them show up in a different country, using that websites IP.

It's really easy to make a proxy; just install PHProxy on a webserver.

That happened to me with *insert name of website I forgot name of here*.
It was just a glitch though because I got on the next day and faked my age and it let me in...
