1. Check if someone else has reported it on the Troubleshooting forum.
2. If someone has posted the same problem, you can post there that you are also having the problem.
3. If no one else has reported the problem, try using a different browser and see if it fails. For example if it fails while using Internet Explorer try Firefox. If you have access to other computers try the other computers to. Once you have this information come to the Troubleshooting forum and create a new thread with your report.

The report should include:

a) What browser you are using and what version. Example: Firefox 3.0
b) The operating system you're using. Example: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
c) The kind of computer you're using. Example: Intel PC  or Mac
d) The exact error if you get and the URL.
e) If you do not get an error but the site doesn't do what you expected tell us what it does.
f) A screenshot is very useful. Post one if possible.
g) Tell us what kind of connection you have. Example: I am connected via DSL on a home network with a Wireless router behind a firewall. If you don't know, ask someone who can tell you.
