Nope. Rocket is based on RKT which is based on Scratch 1.4. When I said 1.3.1 I meant 0.3.1, and when I said that, I meant downloading Rocket 0.3.1
But Rocket is up to 0.3.3 now

Aren't mods suppost to be open source? If so, isn't Rocket passworded? Maybe you should fix this. Or did you post the code openly somewhere?

Rocket Is technically 'open source' even though it has a password. There are possible hacks which can be used to gain access, but it requires knowledge of squeak, or memory errors in scratch!
This was implemented to stop people from taking codes without our consent, or at least could have done it themselves. Requesting the password from one of the dev's is allowed to, but currently our site has not been set up, so this is not possible!

We will take it out in the final img, but since it isnt currently officially released we are keeping it just in case someone downloads to copy it
