You can only delete comments on your own projects and (I think) galleries. You can't delete comments on other people's projects and galleries.
This is a temporary signature. It will exist until I think of something witty.

If it's someone else's project or gallery, you can't delete them, even if it's your comment. If it's on your project or gallery though, you can just click the little x underneath the comment, next to the "flag as inappropriate" button.

It was my impulsive behavior to go check every gallery you are affiliated with and look for conversations.
