Is Scratch down?
Yeah...it wont let me look at galleries or projects...is this happening to anyone else? Is it just me?

No it's happening to me too and there are a couple of discusions about it on the troubleshooting forum.

Hmm, at first I thought they banned somelia's main.
Anyway, there was a new error message a bit ago, did anyone open the code that it gave? Cake was mentioned repeatedly. As was COOKIE.

Did anyone see some sort of "notice" under a project.

No, but projects are up now.
Like, it would log the user out sort of code? If so I saw that.
Or the error screen error?
Or the code about cake?

So the galleries are a LIE? It's not happening to me, but I don't visit the Galleries page much....
