It says failed-unknown reason still. i have emailed the website (trademark no response) and nothing is working. my freind BWOG (Yes i know him personally) says it is fussy about what browser you have open. I don't have internet or a wireless network but i do have firefox. i have tried waiting and i am about to again i am desperateHELP!
