Usually typing something like LUK @ PLLZZZ!!111! will not get too many views on your project (Your title falls under that category; no capital letters or all caps, misspelled words to save about 3 keystrokes worth of typing, etc)
A better way to advertise is to
a) Put the project name and what it is about in the title like Infection - a text adventure.
b) It's not good to TRY to be popular. Is this really what Scratch is for, getting popular? I thought scratch was to teach programming to young adults and kids!
c) Advertizing yourself is also not a very good idea, just advertize the projects that you think are the best out of your collection
So yeah, don't think I'm trying to make you feel bad, just trying to help
