I have no idea whatsoever... it will require modification of the Scratch program so I think this should go in Advanced Topics don't you think?

Yes it should go in advanced topics because you do have to hack to do it.

As the two said, it goes to Advanced Topic, so Scratch team member should move it soon. Yea you have to shift click the loop in r and turn fill screen off and I think you know the rest.
