Its my second day here and what are these codes i keep hearing about

Hi people i've been looking around trying to figure this website and software out but what are these codes i hear about............sorry if this question is so obvious you LOL ................THANX  big_smile

I dont think so.......  i just heard about it and was curios. I think is saw it on  someones project it said download and then said something about codes.......soooo confused  big_smile

Well, in a project, the scripts used to make the project are also known as code. Maybe that's what you're seeing?

Code here usually means the scripts in a project or the lines of Squeak code used to create the Scratch program itself.  I think you might be hearing about code in the sense of scripts in projects.
