TITLE: Steve and Roger GO Hollywood

SCRIPT

Scene 1

~Opening~

*Show Steve scratching off a Lotto Card*

Steve: C'mon...almost...got....it....

*Show Jackpot Win*

Steve: WHAT! I WON

*Roger walks in*

Roger: Steve, how many times do I have to tell you?

Roger: Stop scratching my gift certificates! I can't read after you scratch them.

Roger: Didn't you see today's newscast? The world will end tomorrow!

I think people will find that stereotypical and it sounds too wrapped up in one line...

Ok, that's actually a pretty cool plot idea.
I don't have any ideas at the moment, but once I do I'll tell you.
Also, do you still need the slow-paced music with ominous feel?

Carl: The world is ending tomorrow?
Steve: Yes, bro, unfortunately it is.
Carl: Ah, man! A new episode of Sesame Street was supposed to come out tomorow! Oh, wait a second. I don't believe you.

(Roger walks by)

Roger: Oh, hey, Steve.
Steve: "Hey"?! Sticktopia is ending as we know it tomorrow and all you can say is..."HEY"?!
Roger: Yes, "hey" is the proper -- wait a second, you said the world is ending tomorrow?
Steve: Yes!
Roger: Sounds a little far-fetched.
Steve: It's true! I saw it on "Compass Rose News"!
Roger: Oh. No wonder I didn't hear about this. I don't watch that. That newscaster guy kind of creeps me out.
Carl: Or maybe yoo just jealous of his good looks?
Roger: Well, I'm not saying "no" but I"m still not saying "yes".
Steve: So do you believe me?
Roger: *looks at Steve* Well...to be honest...in a way...I do believe you.
